Your ph73 username and password are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person. ph73 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

ph73 is required to verify the identity of its members before allowing deposits or withdrawals. This one-time Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires you to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS/GSIS ID.
Your account will remain active during KYC review, but deposit and withdrawal functions will only be fully enabled after successful verification. ph73 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is unclear or insufficient.
KYC is a one-time process. Once your identity is verified, you will not need to resubmit documents unless your account details change or ph73 has reason to re-verify your identity for security purposes.
All financial transactions on ph73 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph73 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.
ph73 currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:
Credit cards, debit cards issued by international networks for direct wagering purposes, and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on ph73.
Deposits made through supported channels are typically credited to your ph73 account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. ph73 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank cut-off times, or network issues outside of ph73's control.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment channel registered in your own name and linked to your verified ph73 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Processing times vary by channel. ph73 will notify you once a withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform side.

You may close your ph73 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment channel, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.
